Anne was de-installed and sent for conservation work to the Age of Bronze Foundry where Brett Davis worked to remove the verdigris corrosion which was present over the entire work. A new and stable patina was then applied in order to protect Anne from the elements applied by the original foundry where Anne was cast by Leo Mol.

Multiple large scale bronze works were hand cleaned and waxed by a dedicated staff of four. These individuals were trained by Mandy Salter Art Consulting with regards to proper equipment, techniques and material requirements. Over 26 large scale public bronze works within the City of Windsor Sculpture Par were cleaned and re-waxed during the summer of 2014 under the supervision of Mandy Salter Art Consulting.
Craft, Ben Smit

Many public works are installed without proper guidelines as to the durability or appropriateness of their materials for long term outdoor installation. Craft, by Ben Smit is one such example. Originally built for temporary display at the Toronto Sculpture Garden. the work found itself as part of the Odette Sculpture Park and was installed along the waterfront. Exposure to the elements allowed water to access the interior and lead to the extreme decay of the plywood skeleton.
Salter Art Consulting made recommendations to Council to have the work de installed for further inspection and possible restoration work. Look for Craft in the near future at a new and improved landing spot!
King and Queen, Sorel Etrog

The surface corrosion is to be corrected and the sculpture will be repainted and recoated as per original pigment analysis as provided by the CCI and possible participation with the Sorel Etrog Institute.
The King and Queen was constructed in Windsor at DeMonte Fabrication Inc. Though the team at DeMonte usually facilitates projects for the construction and automotive industries, Etrog himself observed that their skill with his piece was "as good as anywhere I have ever worked in the world."
Penguins on a Waterfall, Yolanda Vandergaast

This whimsical installation is in the process of being restored to its original vision. The four Penguins have been repainted according to their original pigment and paint and coating specifications and are waiting to be reinstalled on their new and efficient water feature.
